The Role
Our client is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can lead content creation, manage digital channels, and shape the brand’s online voice. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in growing and nurturing an engaged fashion-focused audience.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a social media strategy that drives brand awareness and community growth.

Create compelling, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and emerging platforms.

Manage content calendars, posting schedules and campaign rollouts.

Collaborate with internal design, creative, and marketing teams to support product launches and storytelling.

Identify cultural and platform trends to keep the brand culturally relevant.

Build and manage influencer and content creator partnerships.

Track and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimise future content.
Candidate Profile

2–4 years’ experience in social media management, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or beauty.

Strong understanding of digital trends, platform behaviours, and visual storytelling.

Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok/Reels essential).

Confident using analytics tools and data to shape decisions.
