Leading FMCG brand looking to appoint a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their London team.

 

The role –

  • Manage advertising performance-base product generating ROI friendly leads for national brands and agencies.
  • Manage display campaigns on top portals, ad networks, DSPs and Facebook.
  • Develop tracking strategy to attribute leads in Salesforce to appropriate campaigns.
  • Develop compelling online content to achieve both visibility and engagement using persona targeting and cross marketing effort for account base marketing.
  • Monitor, measure and analyze marketing performances to reach appropriate KPI and to optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish digital KPI’s, reports and dashboards, digital marketing best practices, governance and processes.
  • Provide detail performance analysis including measuring and optimizing ROI.
  • Develop marketing objectives, cross-channel tactics, CRM and optimization methodology for online sales.
  • Integrate measurement and reporting of key digital analytics in cross-platform initiatives to ensure successful consumer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through customer research, usability, analytics, and partnering with industry experts.
  • Identify, recommend and build brand presences for clients across new social media channels, such as Pinterest.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with attractions and CVB that would benefit marketing and ecommerce efforts.
  • Develop necessary tracking programs, payment gateways and other php base plugins.
  • Direct development of email marketing campaign calendar and process improvements.
  • Implement email subscription and preference management center for efficient opt-in preferences including CAN-SPAM compliance.
  • Introduce new analytic approaches to database and consumer marketing to improve site satisfaction and digital subscription conversion.
  • Establish and optimize database segmentation plans to maximize revenue and engagement while growing and maintaining the consumer database.

 We need certain personal information primarily to allow us to perform our contract with you and to enable us to comply with legal obligations.   • To maintain business relationships with clients and candidates

Information About Criminal Convictions
 We will only collect information about criminal convictions if it is appropriate given the nature of the role and where we are legally able to do so. Where appropriate, we will collect information about criminal convictions as part of the recruitment process or we may be notified of such information directly by you. We will use information about criminal convictions and offences usually where such processing is necessary to carry out our obligations and provided we do so in line with our contractual obligations to our clients and candidates.

Automated Decision-Making
 You will not be subject to decisions that will have a significant impact on you based solely on automated decision-making, unless we have a lawful basis for doing so and we have notified you.

We may have to share your data with third parties, including prospective employers, third-party service providers and other entities in the group. We require third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with the law.

How long will you use my information for?

No fee usually required
