We have an exciting opportunity as a B2B Marketing Manager at a fast growing sustainable brand in the general merchandise sector.

Our client is committed to creating sustainable and eco-friendly products that contribute to a greener future. As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting the brand and driving growth within the B2B sector. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and lead the development and implementation of the B2B marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads within the target market.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key B2B customers, distributors, and partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target segments.
  • Develop and manage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, metrics, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, sustainability, and environmental initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the sustainable or eco-friendly industry.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, including lead generation, account-based marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers and partners.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

 We need certain personal information primarily to allow us to perform our contract with you and to enable us to comply with legal obligations.   • To maintain business relationships with clients and candidates

Information About Criminal Convictions
 We will only collect information about criminal convictions if it is appropriate given the nature of the role and where we are legally able to do so. Where appropriate, we will collect information about criminal convictions as part of the recruitment process or we may be notified of such information directly by you. We will use information about criminal convictions and offences usually where such processing is necessary to carry out our obligations and provided we do so in line with our contractual obligations to our clients and candidates.

Automated Decision-Making
 You will not be subject to decisions that will have a significant impact on you based solely on automated decision-making, unless we have a lawful basis for doing so and we have notified you.

DATA SHARING

We may have to share your data with third parties, including prospective employers, third-party service providers and other entities in the group. We require third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with the law.

The following activities are carried out by third-party service providers: CV formatting, payroll, pension administration, benefits provision and administration, IT services

 All our third-party service providers and other entities in the group are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in line with our policies. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes. We only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

 We may share your personal information with other third parties, for example in the context of the possible sale or restructuring of the business. We may also need to share your personal information with a regulator or to otherwise comply with the law.

How long will you use my information for?

No fee usually required

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
