We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our client’s restaurant marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. The ideal candidate has experience in the food & beverage industry, strong digital marketing skills, and a passion for creating compelling customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts, online advertising, and website content to drive engagement and online reservations.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels, menus, and promotional materials.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Work with influencers, local businesses, and media to enhance brand visibility.
- Customer Engagement: Implement loyalty programs, promotions, and events to increase customer retention.
- Market Research & Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance, ROI, and customer insights to optimize campaigns.
- Event & Promotions Management: Plan and execute special events, seasonal promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and consumer trends.
- Experience with graphic design tools and content creation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
