IT Applications Specialist

A leading international retail organisation is looking for a Business Systems Integration Specialist to support the continued development of its digital and technology landscape in Morocco.

This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting enterprise applications, improving ERP systems and developing integrations and automation solutions across the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, internal technology colleagues and external partners to translate business requirements into reliable and sustainable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, support and continuously improve Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms, including D365, Business Central, AX or NAV
  • Manage application configurations, upgrades, enhancements and performance improvements
  • Design, develop and maintain integrations between ERP and other business systems
  • Connect platforms including point of sale, e-commerce, CRM, HR and finance applications
  • Build and support APIs, middleware and data pipelines to enable accurate and reliable information flow
  • Develop automation workflows using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps or similar technologies
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual administration and improve operational efficiency
  • Investigate and resolve application, integration and system issues
  • Work with stakeholders across different functions to understand business needs and recommend practical technical solutions
  • Monitor system performance and maintain high standards of data integrity, security and governance
  • Maintain technical documentation and support audit and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to application improvement projects and wider digital transformation initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Approximately 3–5 years’ experience within business applications, ERP, systems integration or a related technical role
  • Hands-on experience supporting or developing Microsoft Dynamics D365, Business Central, AX or NAV
  • Strong understanding of APIs, including REST and SOAP, middleware and common integration methods
  • Experience working with SQL databases and data formats such as JSON and XML
  • Practical experience using Power Platform, robotic process automation, scripting or similar automation tools
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent practical experience

Desirable Experience

  • Azure Integration Services, including API Management, Service Bus and Logic Apps
  • DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Microservices architecture
  • Microsoft Dynamics, Azure or Power Platform certifications
  • Experience within retail, distribution, supply chain or another high-volume operational environment

 We will only collect information about criminal convictions if it is appropriate given the nature of the role and where we are legally able to do so. Where appropriate, we will collect information about criminal convictions as part of the recruitment process or we may be notified of such information directly by you. We will use information about criminal convictions and offences usually where such processing is necessary to carry out our obligations and provided we do so in line with our contractual obligations to our clients and candidates.

Automated Decision-Making
 You will not be subject to decisions that will have a significant impact on you based solely on automated decision-making, unless we have a lawful basis for doing so and we have notified you.

We may have to share your data with third parties, including prospective employers, third-party service providers and other entities in the group. We require third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with the law.

 All our third-party service providers and other entities in the group are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in line with our policies. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes. We only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

How long will you use my information for?

No fee usually required

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
