We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Manager to join the team and lead human resources efforts within the manufacturing facilities.
Position Overview: We are searching for an HR Manager who will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources within the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR practices within the manufacturing industry, including labor laws, safety regulations, and employee relations, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Lead recruitment efforts for factory labor positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
Administer employee benefits programs specific to manufacturing environments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee performance management systems for factory workers, including goal setting, evaluations, and implementing improvement plans as needed.
Handle employee relations matters within manufacturing facilities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
Provide guidance and support to manufacturing supervisors and employees on HR-related issues, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records related to factory labor and ensure data confidentiality and security.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management within the manufacturing sector.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven work experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment, with experience in factory labor management.
Thorough understanding of HR functions relevant to manufacturing, including recruitment, safety compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
Familiarity with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards applicable to manufacturing operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with factory workers and management.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
