With a strong foothold in the market and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced HR Director to join the team and drive human resources initiatives forward.
Position Overview: As the HR Director, you will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a culture of excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and promote employee engagement and retention.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, including developing employer branding strategies and optimizing recruitment processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and proactively address any compliance issues.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including investigating and resolving employee concerns and grievances.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for enhancing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- HR experience in the FMCG industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations applicable to the FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support organizational growth.
