Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Commercial to lead their sales, marketing, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.

Position Overview: As the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commercial operations, driving revenue growth, and fostering strategic partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, optimizing sales and marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Lead a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our market position.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling product offerings and go-to-market plans that resonate with target customers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize commercial processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in senior commercial roles, with experience in sales, marketing, and partnerships.
Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex go-to-market plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.

Information About Criminal Convictions
We will only collect information about criminal convictions if it is appropriate given the nature of the role and where we are legally able to do so. Where appropriate, we will collect information about criminal convictions as part of the recruitment process or we may be notified of such information directly by you. We will use information about criminal convictions and offences usually where such processing is necessary to carry out our obligations and provided we do so in line with our contractual obligations to our clients and candidates.

Automated Decision-Making
You will not be subject to decisions that will have a significant impact on you based solely on automated decision-making, unless we have a lawful basis for doing so and we have notified you.

DATA SHARING

We may have to share your data with third parties, including prospective employers, third-party service providers and other entities in the group. We require third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with the law.
We may transfer your personal information outside the EU. If we do, you can expect a similar degree of protection in respect of your personal information.

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes. We only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

How long will you use my information for?

No fee usually required
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.

What we may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
