As the New Store Opening Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and ongoing operation of a new premium luxury, fashion retail location. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store opening, from pre-launch preparations to post-opening operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive store opening plan, including staffing, inventory management, and marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of staff members, ensuring a welcoming and knowledgeable sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective pre-launch and post-launch promotional campaigns.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Ensure that the store is compliant with all company policies and procedures.
