Growing retail organization known for its innovative products and exceptional customer experience looking to appoint an Arabic Speaking Head of Retail to oversee operations and ensure continued success and growth. THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED IN SAUDI ARABIA.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives. Lead the retail team by setting clear goals, inspiring excellence, and fostering a customer-centric culture.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and collaborations to expand the company’s retail footprint. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to drive informed decisions.

Financial Performance: Take ownership of the retail P&L and ensure consistent revenue growth and profitability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to address any deviations from targets.

Operational Efficiency: Optimize retail operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and store layouts, to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Ensure the smooth running of all retail outlets.

Merchandising and Visual Presentation: Oversee product assortment, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing displays and engaging customer experiences that drive footfall and boost sales.

Staff Development: Lead and mentor the retail team, encouraging skill development and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure adequate staffing levels and oversee recruitment as needed.

Customer Experience: Champion a culture of exceptional customer service across all retail channels. Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in a senior retail management role, with experience overseeing multiple retail locations.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

In-depth knowledge of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and best practices.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.

Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

 

The ideal candidate will be coming from a strong retail background and will need to be able to have general conversations in Arabic.

 We need certain personal information primarily to allow us to perform our contract with you and to enable us to comply with legal obligations.   • Providing our recruitment services
  • To maintain business relationships with clients and candidates
  • To submit your CV to third parties

  • Assessing qualifications for a particular job

Information About Criminal Convictions
 We will only collect information about criminal convictions if it is appropriate given the nature of the role and where we are legally able to do so. Where appropriate, we will collect information about criminal convictions as part of the recruitment process or we may be notified of such information directly by you. We will use information about criminal convictions and offences usually where such processing is necessary to carry out our obligations and provided we do so in line with our contractual obligations to our clients and candidates.

Automated Decision-Making
 You will not be subject to decisions that will have a significant impact on you based solely on automated decision-making, unless we have a lawful basis for doing so and we have notified you.

DATA SHARING

We may have to share your data with third parties, including prospective employers, third-party service providers and other entities in the group. We require third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with the law.
 We may transfer your personal information outside the EU. If we do, you can expect a similar degree of protection in respect of your personal information.

Why might you share my personal information with third parties?
 We may share your personal information with third parties where required by law, where it is necessary to administer the working relationship with you or where we have another legitimate interest in doing so.

 “Third parties” includes third-party service providers (including contractors and designated agents) and other entities within our group. The following activities are carried out by third-party service providers: CV formatting, payroll, pension administration, benefits provision and administration, IT services

How secure is my information with third-party service providers and other entities in our group?
 All our third-party service providers and other entities in the group are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in line with our policies. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes. We only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

 We may share your personal information with other third parties, for example in the context of the possible sale or restructuring of the business. We may also need to share your personal information with a regulator or to otherwise comply with the law.

How long will you use my information for?

No fee usually required
 You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.

 We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information (or to exercise any of your other rights). RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
